Credentials for the Annual Business Meeting FAQ

Credentials is the process by which the authority of a proxyholder or Delegate at Large to vote is certified.

The Credentials process must be completed for a proxyholder or Delegate at Large to vote at the Annual Business Meeting.

Credentials occurs in the week leading up to the Annual Business Meeting. The specific schedule for each year will be released by July.

The Credentials process is conducted online through the Toastmasters International website.

The Credentials Committee is a group comprised of past and current Board Members, which is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Credentials process for the Annual Business Meeting.
