 In Toastmasters, the Vice President Public Relations (VPPR) is responsible for generating awareness of the overall Toastmasters brand, as well as club meetings to the local community. Knowing how how to effectively use PR will help you build club membership, and the fresh perspectives of new members will keep your club relevant and interesting.
